Affordable Care Act "We know" creative proposal

Big idea proposal to develop a campaign that builds on the positive favorability that BCBS already has within the Latino community to create buzz/WOM (Word of Mouth) around the Spanish language benefit that BCBS offers. Entice the eligible-uninsured Latino to want to learn more about BCBS and ultimately share their findings with their friends and family
